Booking of compulsory basic training courses are confirmed following payment. Full payment is required 7 days prior to CBT course. Failure to attend your course without 7 days notice will result in a loss of fees paid.
If following your compulsory basic training course you are deemed to be not at the required standard by your instructor then you are entitled to come back to complete your CBT, however this will be done when another full paying customer has booked. If you decide not to continue with your training then you will not be entitled to come back for a second attempt unless you pay for another CBT.
Mod 1 & 2 training is confirmed once payment for training has been made. Failure to attend your course without 7 days notice will result in a loss of fees paid.
Mod 1 & 2 tests once booked require 10 working days notice to cancel. If less than 10 working days notice is given then the appropriate test fee will be payable.
