Booking of compulsory basic training courses are confirmed following payment. Full payment is required at the time of booking a CBT course. Failure to attend your course without 7 days notice will result in a loss of fees paid. If you cancel then a £5 administration charge will be applied.
If following your compulsory basic training course you are deemed to be not at the required standard by your instructor then you are entitled to come back to complete your CBT and this will cost an additional £50, however this will be done when another full paying customer has been booked in. If you decide not to continue with your training on the day of your CBT course then you will not be entitled to come back for a second attempt unless you pay for another CBT at full price

Mod 1 & 2 tests once booked require 10 working days notice to cancel. If less than 10 working days notice is given then the appropriate test fee will be lost and no refund will be given.
